This transformational healing women’s retreat begins with guided travel to beautiful sacred places, the celebration of Sivaratri – the night of Siva–and meaningful with local Malayalee women in the spirit of oneness. You’ll learn how to do a wonderful Ayurvedic head massage and how to prepare tasty and healing Ayurvedic drinking waters, snacks and treats! Then you’ll enjoy personal Ayurvedic diagnosis and treatment plan for nine days of traditional therapies, per your needs. (Complete Pancha Karma can require more than 9 days, depending on the condition of the patient. Trip participants may elect to extend their residential treatment until February 26th at a discounted rate.)
