"I learned so much about Ayurveda and had a living experience of Kerala. Thank you for everything. I will never forget this 16 days!"
"I arrived at Rasa Ayurveda coming from heavy intakes of gas station chicken, ice cream and potato chips. Now, it has been 26 days, and I am amazed at how far away that time seems, how well my body feels, and how much like home Rasa Ayurveda has become. I came with few expectations, only clear that I had things to release & things to figure out - all of which has happened! And, in addition, a perfectly-timed progression of life-altering insights occurred, shifting how I look at myself and others. The greatest gift was not only to experience self-love, but to swim in bliss for days and days. Ha! Thank you 108 times for creating Rasa Ayurveda, and for the opportunity for us all to heal. It was and is amazing!" ~ Lori, Wisconsin
"We had a wonderful stay at Rasa Ayurveda, and we're so grateful you opened this place for healing. We feel cleansed, healthy & positive for the future. Thank you for all the many ways you took care to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We loved the food, culture, meeting the local women, and of course all the great treatments."
"I dream of our trip, of idlis and coconut chutney for breakfast prepared and served with such tender attention to detail, followed by the ministrations of Arya and Manju, shirodara and hammocks....
"Thank you for making such a magical place where healing and learning exist."
"It's almost startling how much I miss Rasa Ayurveda. I told a friend this morning how completely nourished and at home it felt to be embraced so
"Thank you for making this possible and for your love and kindness. This has been a dream come true. I'm so honored to share this experience with you and the girls and community—"
"Thank you again for such an amazing experience. The journey with you and David Crow is still unfolding in my thoughts and will for a very long time. I am deeply inspired by what I learned and experienced at Rasa Ayurveda. In my own Ayurveda practice, I plan to focus on the healing energy of the plants. Everything that you, Dr. Geeta, and Sanju taught the group has greatly reinforced my plant knowledge, as well David Crow's vision of "Community Immunity." "Keep me posted to any trainings that you may offer at Rasa especially learning how to give Panchakarma therapies."
"My gratitude is so deep for what you have provided me. The work you are doing is so urgently needed in the world. Thank you so much once again for your incredible vision and bringing it all into manifestation. We were very lucky and blessed to be the first group. You have an unbelievable staff at Rasa Ayurveda, in service and dedication to the Divine."
"I'm very excited about this Ayurveda trip and can't wait to fill my mind with all the knowledge you have to share!"
"I can only say that this has been an amazing and expeditious growth experience for me. I truly appreciate all the time, effort and energy you, Sanju, David, Vyshak and everyone at Rasa Ayurveda gave to organize this adventure. You have developed a really good team. I feel blessed being in on the first group as I know there will be changes and it will never be quite the same. I am grateful for the experience of a lifetime and one that will shape my future. If there was one word I would express to describe my experience it would be "connected". I would very much like to come to India again. You are on a very crucial and necessary mission. Pure, traditional medical practices are paramount for continued sustainability and survival. I wholeheartedly support your intentions with love, peace and strength."
"I think I can die now! ...being smudged and blessed in tiny Annapurna Temples... ... negotiating around poisonous snakes... ...drinking water out of a thousand foot high water fall while standing beneath, soaked and saturated by it... ...meandering w/goats and gorgeous children, some who swim in lotus ponds every morning before they start their day... ...picking beautiful purple flowers right off the roadside– shankapushpi (my favorite herb!) –off its vines, feeling it pulse through my palm... ...walking through green luscious verdant FORESTS of cardamom, in a dream state... ...getting deep into the caves on Hanuman's medicine mountain, after feeding wandering monkeys bananas... ...meditating on the banks of the misty mountain rivers of Munnar... ...sleeping on piles of composting lemongrass that makes a warm bed, lulling to sleep while listening to the amazing stories of these fleeting, fleeing trees by those who know them best... ...freezing pitch-black dark night illuminated by a bonfire that mothered me, waiting for the sun to rise with healers, tired, just being...once in this Lifetime all together like this.
