Join us for two weeks of learning and experiencing Ayurveda in its birthplace.
We'll discover how to best care for ourselves thru Ayurvedic wisdom, we'll meet and study the healing plants of Kerala, prepare traditional medicinal oils, travel to sacred places and connect with local Malayalee women in the spirit of oneness. This transformational retreat includes a personal Ayurvedic diagnosis, treatment plan and 10 days of traditional therapies. (Participants may extend their stay for longer residential treatment.)
